Returns & Store Credit

  • We accept returns for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and final sale items cannot be returned.

How to Return

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Ship your return using a trackable method—we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  4. After inspection, a store credit will be issued via Elevated Essentials Hub E-Gift Card, which never expires!

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Final Sale Items

  • All clearance, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
